Hi John, and thanks for trying to help, but I've had both Classic Look and
Victoria falls for 3 years, with no rebloom from either. Don't get me wrong,
I love them both. There are few irises in my garden that I don't like, and I
have always been quite content to have them bloom only in Spring. That's all
I've ever known them to do anyway.
I guess what I'm trying to say is, no matter how reliable a rebloomer is for
many people, there are probably still places where it won't rebloom, and
conditions under which it won't rebloom.
I no longer report on cv.s which are not known rebloomers, but bloom out of
season, because I can just hear Rosalie taking them down for her list. I
just think this is an area which is not conducive to iris rebloom, specially
if they are not given adequate water over the summer months.
All the more bloom stalks for me in Spring!
Cheers, Jan (In Australia)
