Our local computer guru has confirmed the reality of this virus. Again, it
cannot infect unless you open the attachment to the e-mail message.
It not only sends itself to the first 300 names in your address book, it
destroys picture and music files by overwriting them.
It seems to have originated in the Philippines just a few days ago and has
spread worldwide.
AND--as with 99% of all computer viruses, Macs are immune. Nyah, nyah.
