Yup. That's it. No rot, just withering away. Not every
clump. Clumps of the same cultivar can be growing side
by side and one will get scorch, the other won't.

Texas Zone 7, USA - who finished a raised bed for those
seedlings 'til I can get more permanent beds. Thermometer
showed 101 degrees and the wind was gusting to over 30
mph and still no rain here. Moisture won't stick around long
with days like this one.
