Thanks for your reply. I didn't know HIGH BLUE SKY was a new
introduction for Cooley as recently as 1998. I've been getting the
Cooley's catlaog only for a couple of years and I don't pay attention
to the new ones because they are too pricey for me.
Wow, you are right, this is a VERY nice gift. If anyone from
Cooley's is reading this list: THANKS A LOT! This one rhisome HAS
done well in my garden. It was planted last fall, rather
indifferently (since it was a bonus) and it is producing flowers: 5
on a nice firm stalk. I now have more respect for it after this
discussion.
