Vickie, you don't say what state or USDA zone you are in, while there are
other influences on growth habits, those two criteria might help. I have not
had that problem with my yellows or any other color, in spite of the
earth-shaking thunder-lightning storm we had last night. We also had wind
--- maybe you are in an excpetionally windy area? Notice that most on email
do give more detail where they are - each area has different problems and
