Jim and Gang:
This is in relationship to growing Pacific Coast Native irises in the
hot/humid conditions of central U.S.:
I suggest planting the seeds in pots, AFTER STORING THEM IN DAMP PEAT IN
THE REFRIGERATOR FOR THREE MONTHS. That will give them the cool period
they might need to insure good germination. I usually "stratify" all my
iris seeds that way.
Others might disagree, but I find this works for me.
