Yep. I thought of that article when the thread started up again. There is
another old reference to the anomaly that I encountered somewhere in the
piles of literature around here when I was researching something like in a
pre-1940 Bulletin, but I just flipped through a few issues and I couldn't
find it. If I get the time in the next few days I'll see if I can turn it up.
If anyone else among the HIPSoisie knows what I am talking about, kindly post
it.
