Hi list - my name is Sylvia Wright - I live in Aurora Colorado - I am brand
new to iris's. Years ago my husband and I bought a home with a small sickly
looking iris garden out front. I am not a gardener but they looked so sad - I
started working on them - I fed them, moved them, and they started to grow. I
found myself loving them, thrilled each year when they started to bloom. This
year they are 3 1/2 feet tall with 4-5 blooms on each stem. I now have
beautiful iris' in my front yard, side yard, by my pond, and everywhere in my
back yard. My iris' are, I believe the standard purple iris'. This year I am
looking to buy bulbs of different color and plant them. I have no idea where
to buy good bulbs, how exactly to plant them correctly, or feed them, so I
hope you can endure some beginner questions. Sylvia
