I'm so excited, I had to tell someone who would appreciate this...and what better place than here.
2 years ago, I bought a single iris called Cracklin Burgandy (TB) in Vermont,at Rocky Dale . It had ONE beautiful bloom. Last year it did nothing. I figured it just wasn't for here. Lo and behold...the most beautiful display of color this year! It has 8 stems with 4 blooms on each. They are absolutely breath taking...solid burgandy..even the beards , with the slightest touch of yellow in the center...
