Agreed: Honeymoon Suite is a great iris. I used it in breeding for the past
few years and always made the same obvious cross -- Honeymoon Suite x
Celebration Song. I never really got anything worth keeping. Honeymoon
Suite generally has tight branching. Celebration Song throws colors that
fade in the Stockton, California sun. The usual result, seedlings that are
tightly branched and have wishy/washy color. But -- this year -- aha. A
ruffled salmon blue color that, even after fading a little, still looks
interesting. Just thought I would throw a hybridizing story into the mix.
