HIST: San Francisco look alike

For several years I've been trying to identify an old plicata I have. 
I thought it might be San Francisco, but SF bloomed this year and it 
is not a match. My unknown is shorter than SF and the branches 
(short) are bunched in the top 1/2. The unknown is also very 
fragrant. It is not Ma Mie, Swertii, or Madam Chereu. What are the 
particulars on Theodolinda?
