Hi Folks-
I am new to iris talk- I've been following it for a
couple of weeks now, and thought I would introduce
myself. My name's Mike and I garden in Olympia
Washington just a few blocks from the tip of Puget
Sound.
I'm still rather new to gardening, having only been at
it for five years, but I'm completely hooked. TB
irises are my favorite plants to grow and in my short
time I have collected around forty different ones. I
prefer historics and many of mine are unknown
old-fashioned varieties. I am slowly but surely
collecting good profiles on each of them in hopes of
an eventually ID. Though a daunting task, I have
managed to put names to three already.
I look forward to being a part of your forum.
One quick question: I see mention of "I posted it to
iris-photos..." Where is that? Would someone send me
a link or directions, please? I would very much
appreciate it. =) Thanks!
