A more permanent type of name tag is =
Using gloves, take a aluminum can, and punch it with a knife of some
sort, then take scissors and cut out the ends of the can.
Then cut the remaining cylinder in half, then smooth out the ragged
square sheet of aluminum with your scissors. Then cut the aluminum
sheet in half. You should be able to cut about 6-8 beautiful name
tags out of the whole sheet. Cut the corners off the tags to prevent
cutting yourself while handling it.
To write on the aluminum = put the name tag on a tablet cardboard
back, and press hard as you write on the shiny aluminum surface WITH
A BALL POINT PEN, and you will emboss it. To make the letters easier
to see, trace them with a clothes marking pen.
You will be surprised how thin, and easy to cut, the aluminum is.
After one try, you will have conquered the cutting process
