Hi --
Your tricolor might be a HISTORIC (defined as an iris more than
30 years old) -- go to
www.worldiris.com, then pick HIPS (Historic Iris Preservation
Society) -- they have a lot of pictures of historic iris.
The HIPS site also lists mail order sources for historics.
Superstition is very good, Bluebird Haven, and HIPS plans
to have a rhizome sale soon.
