I don't mean to ask a question, I simply was trying to point out that a
sloppy definition requires subjectivity. Unless a more precise definition
exists, we are required to use some judgement to assess what is or is not
rebloom. So until that time, our own best honest judgement and experience
is as good a measure as any.
