Dear Ms. Keller, My photographer colleague Harry Haralambou and I were down
there in Maryland from Tuesday evening until Thursday morning. There had
been rain Tuesday, but Wednesday was a blessing. Beautiful weather and we
were able to spend the entire day taking photographs for our new Abrams book
on Iris. Thursday AM when we left it was still good weather. We live out
here on the East end of Long Island, and of course, as you know, it has been
terrible. Fortunately most of our GB are just beginning to open, so upon
our return I did stake what was there, and will wait and hope for better
weather during the next few days. Theodore James, Jr. (a newbie member)
