VALENTINE'S DAY has a reputation for being a decent performer in this
'death zone' part of the country (not for me, but for others). What was
the other parent?
If you decide it isn't unique enough to suit you, before trashing it,
why not send it out to some folks in difficult climates and see how it
compares to what else is available?
Christy's ICE CREAM SOCIAL is the first new pink I've grown that has
been able to live and bloom here. Not a good year for trial evaluation,
but it has at least lived well thru the bad years, <much> better than
most.
