Re: HYB: big stalk, no increase


Thanks for the detailed warning on this one, Neil.  Underblooming is
such a problem in the IMMORTALITY (and some other really tough
rebloomer) lines that I have been very excited to see overblooming in
some of my seedlings.

The IMM kids can make huge clumps of foliage here with few stalks.  They
need some addition of bloom on increase, but I guess like everything
else, moderation is the key.


<The point of all this is--let the no-increase seedling go.  Chances
are, the
                   trait will be stubbornly persistent in the progeny
for generations.
