CULT:Kilt Lilt
The first time I bought irises from the Schreiner's catalog, I let everyone
pick out a couple so they would all feel involved. My son chose KILT LILT.
I believe he was 9 or 10 at the time. He turned thirty three last month! It
seems he's remembered the name all these years, if not the exact color
combination!
He mows my lawn and takes the occasional stroll through the garden. While
walking through the garden today, he saw an iris he liked and asked if it was
KILT LILT! <vbg> After he left I found a stalk on nothing other than KILT
LILT! Just one stalk, but it seemed a bit special some how!
