Thanks Betty. Interesting. So would you now categorize SUMMER R a hot weather/"summer"/early fall rebloomer, late fall cycle, or slightly confused CA ever/here winter bloomer?
Maybe I will dig out those seeds from a couple of years ago from this repeat pink, esp since this year is such a dud. Can't remember what the crosses were, but will give them a shot if any of them had rebloom background. 

Will try asking again this winter, see if we get more input.


Linda, I've used 'Summer Radiance' in a lot of crosses and it has produced many rebloomers, mostly fall bloomers. The honey colored seedling that I posted last summer is from SR and it started rebloom in early July.


For years, I thought it was repeat only. Time has revealed that 'Summer Radiance' has also bloomed in the fall for many people.


I've not had any luck with other irises that appear to be repeat bloomers here.
