Dear Iris L Friends,
We are observing some extremely large iris this year in our garden. I have
never seen or heard of blooms this large. They honestly would fill the top
of a dinner plate. Some of the larges blooms come from SKATING PARTY, BAJA
BANDIT, KLONDIKE LIL, HILLTOP VIEW, AND BLENHEIM ROYAL. We have been
raising iris for many years but have never seen this extreme bloom size.
Is anyone else experiencing this? What would cause this unusual
largeness?
Steve took all the rose photos off of his web site and completely devoted
it to iris. He added fifteen new photos of our latest blooming iris and
plans to add many more in the coming days. Please, check it out if you have
