Hi everyone,
I just got through potting up some Louisiana irises for some acclimation
time in the kiddie swimming pool. While potting them up I noticed that
some had spent bloom stalks. I thought that I had read somewhere that the
nodes on the bloom stalks could be used to propagate Louisiana irises with
some success. I divided the bloom stalks into pieces, each with one node
and planted them in pots and placed them in the kiddie swimming pool
"nursery". Has anyone else ever tried to propagate LA's this way?
