Jim,
Taking on Oyez is quite a feat in the best of climates. I have grown it
for years and it is somewhat tempermental even here in California. Not
taking anything away from Oyez as it can be spectacular when it grows
well. I would suggest you try some quaterbreds first such as ALL THE
WAY, SILENT TEARS, OR JEWEL OF OMAR. If these do well for you then
perhaps you can graduate to halfbreds.
