I'm refering to an article that Clarence wrote in the Reblooming Iris
Recorder, Volume 48. The last issue. Clarence's theory is that
remontants are results of heterosis. But read the article if you have
not already. I just thought that your quote of the Sass breeding was
contradictory to what Clarence is saying.
