1.  They will survive, irises are a very durable plant in my humble and
prejudiced opinion.

2.  From everything that I have heard, I doubt it but it will depend probably
on how much soil you were able to carry over with them, and how close to
blooming they were.  You might just want to cut the flower buds and force
them in a jar of water to enjoy.

3.  The best time to transplant and divide is approx. 2 weeks after blooming.
 Do you know how to divide?

4.  Give them some extra attention but don't overwater.  Trim back any excess
foliage would be my humble response.  This way the roots don't have to fight
for energy to get the iris back on its "feet".

5.  They will make it - but just be sure to watch for the iris borer.

80' today and rain is coming around midnight.  Irises are going to town
(TB's) and some siberians are starting for the first time for me. Yeah!
