Hi Teresa,
To register an iris send a check for $7.50 to Keith Keppel at P.O.Box 18154,
Salem Oregon, 97305 and request a registration application form. If you have
decided on a name for your iris, tell him what it is, and he will let you
know if the name is available, and save it for you till you fill out the
application with all the infromation about size, type color, etc. of the
iris. When you return that to him he will register it and send you a
registration card for your iris.
