Its true. Suddenly all of Olympia is full of iris. It is a joy to walk
around. I dont grow TBs but even the sibs are racing to come out. I'm in a
shady area so mine are later than others. That just means I take long walks
now and enjoy the neighbors' yards first. I do have a spectacular red
Oriental Poppy that burst open this am. And everything else is biting at
the bit. Rita is right, the plants know that just because its sunny now in
W. WA doesnt mean it will be in a day or two. All the plants are trying for
their day in the sun.
