Hi Rusty --
I have the same problem, or maybe I don't. My two-year-old iris bed
didn't bloom last year, and though it looks ok this year, it's too soon
to tell if anything is going to bloom. No sign of a bloom stalk
anywhere, but I'm probably being impatient. Upstate NY is having a very
very nasty cold sping. Members of the iris-l gave me lots of clues --
amount of sunshine, type of fertilzier, ph of soil.
I commiserate with you and will see if I don't end up needing your
commiseration. Since I don't have results yet, I don't feel I can give
you advice, but I'm sure you will get it from all these knowledgable
people.
Do you know about the iris-archives?
