John, just a comment regarding film. I've been using Kodachrome for
years and get adequate color representation. You can correct the blues
with an 80B blue filter. Ectachrome has never been successful for me.
Fuji film will give better blues, but since I don't personally use it, I
can't speak with authority. I use a Nikon FM fully manual camera and
usually use a 55mm macro lense. I've been taking almost exclusively
iris photos for our business for almost 25 years. If you want to see
