Pierce County Iris Show

Hi
 As several of you have already reported about your shows now it is my turn
to report.
Queen of show was Cal-sib; Lurid Tales(three stems) by Mrs. Ted Lind
she won two years ago with another cal-sib Half Magic. She sure does know how
to pick them, and grow them also.

I must be tired I can not remember who or what else took best of section,
only that there was only one AB, 4 BB, 0 IB, O SDB about 150 TB, 4 Species,
15 SIB,  Te artistic division was well represented with 22 entries.

There was not a single youth entry. I'm sad to say. 

Rusty, if we had half the courage you do we would not be so critical. But
sharing feelings and learning is how we really grow. Iris people are good
people. Be patient with us, we all have lots to learn from each other. Iris
can teach us a bit also. All are not perfect and need a bit of help now and
then to be a sucess- with a help of our friends.

Rita B in western Wa. where it is partly cloudy ,a bit cooler ( thank
