Dear Rusty,
As I constantly teel my fifth grade students, there are no dumb or ignorant
questions.
A bubbler is just what is says. It is a metal or plastic device that screws
on the end of your hose and it causes the water to "bubble" out instead of
flow.
A soaker hose is a length of water hose with tiny hokes all up and down its
length and it allows the water to slowly leak out on to the ground.
Enjoy you messages.
