Linda Mann: If your SUPREME SULTAN is no more than 3" across, it
definitely has to have been hurt by the cold or affected by some
external thing. SS is as big as any iris I've ever seen, and while
it is not the most vigorous increaser in my garden it certainly does
thrive and produce the flowers it's supposed to. I happen to like it
very much, and I'd put it in the top 5 I wouldn't part with.
