This comes up often on show benches. The general consensus in my part of the
country is this: If it's introduced as having horns, spoons, etc., it should
have them on the bench in order to garner a blue ribbon, and, therefore, be
considered for 'Best Specimen.'
I'm not a judge, currently, but I agree.
