Joni,

The late Tell Muhlestein registered a TB iris by the name of SWEET DREAM in
1947. The '49 Checklist does not indicate that it was ever introduced, but
the '49 checklist is notoriously unreliable about recording introductions.
If the name is still valid, it might be difficult to register another iris
as SWEET DREAMS, because rule 3.f for registering an iris cultivar states
that it is not permitted to register a name that is a slight variation of a
previously registered name (see April '99 AIS Bulletin, p. 11).
