Dennis: I can't identify your iris but the following might be of interest.
It's that time of the year. I just visited a garden in Northern California
which the owners ordered Stepping Out from one of the big boys in Oregon so
they could use it for identification purposes. ( Something suggested all the
time on Iris-talk ) They asked me if I thought someone had made a mistake,
the Iris they received looked more like Silverado then Stepping Out. I
suggested they get on the phone. For you to have the problem with the same
Iris seems rare but I guess it happens. Bill
