Stepping Out is a rich purple and white Plicata (White ground with a
stitched purple rim) Where did you aquire the plant, it is a common problem
with Walmart, Home Depot ,etc. who buy from wholesalers. If you got it from
an Iris Club or friend....accidents happen.haha Seriously what you describe
sounds like "Lullaby of Spring" Schreiners 1987.
Moral here: buy direct from Iris Catalogs, or your local Iris Club.~Diane
