I DID go out in my garden today - one I. pumila is in bloom. One of
Lowell's Baumunk's seedlings. Nice looking yellow I. pumila with a
big red-wine spot with whitish beard. Nice looking pure pumila with
the tucked in falls and domed standards.
This is very early for us to have any bloom even on I. pumila.
