Message,dark blue rayed iris:
From: "Title, CDR Lynn A." <titlel@spawar.navy.mil>
A lovely dark blue, well-ruffled, with thin white lines radiating out
from the beards, darker than Honky Tonk Blues, the beards are blue
touched with yellow, the rays extend into the crowns as well, and I now
notice that the mature blooms have a thin (1/8") line of blue-and-white
veining around the fall edges.
Any idea what my beautiful blue is?

My first guess would be God's Handiwork ('90 Ghio)
second, Cross Current ('95 Keppel)
If it's a zonal, (white thumbprint on falls) I'd look at
Speed Limit ('92 Lauer) Reblommer.
Theres more though they are lighter that HTB.
