HYB: laevigatas
From: Dennis Kramb <dkramb@badbear.com>
Is there a "common" name to the Series Laevigatae (consists of I.
laevigata, pseudacorus, versicolor, virginica, etc.)? What about Series
Tripetalae (consists of I. setosa, tridentata, etc.)?
For instance, the Series Longipetalae is commonly called Rocky Mountain
Iris. Series Hexagonae is referred to as Louisianas. ..... Etc.
I hope this question makes sense. Thanks!
