CULT:Rippling

Hello.  I am new here.  I have a question about my TB's.  I have had my
TB's in the ground for two years.  Their foliage and blooms have been
wonderful, but I have noticed that at the tips of the leaves there is
some rippling.  I have done a lot of reading and have found nothing to
explain this.  I would appreciate any help as to what this could be and
how I can treat it.
