CULT: limp leaves

Dear All,
I have drooping leaves on several of my irises...what does this usually
indicate? I have already tried searching the archives for an answer, but my
queries 'limp leaves' or 'leaf problems' come up with no posts and I know
this has to have been discussed before I came onboard! Anyway, I do not
know whether to be very concerned or what. There was also a tiny white
cottony spot on a couple of them. Thanks,
