Cindy, I missed your original post, but I wanted to let you know that I got
a decent sized pod on ALENE'S OTHER LOVE from the Andromache pollen you
sent. If I had to guess it probably contains 3 or 4 dozen seeds.
Sharon, I'm really pleased to get this info from you on wide crosses. I
made quite a number of them myself this year and some of them appear to be
forming nice plump pods. I'll be sure to plant them right away if I get
good looking seeds.
I got some seeds from SIGNA from a wide cross (I. prismatica x I.
douglasiana) and they're germinating nicely. I sure hope I can manage to
keep them alive until maturity!
