I also agree with those who have questioned the cover  --- I've had it and it 
never bloomed --- those responsible for counting ballots and making awards 
should be made to realize that no award is better than a misleading one!  Now 
I'll join Judy and get off the soapbox.  Rosalie nr Baltimore,USA zone 7 with 
more rain, this time at night so the chief plans it can dampen are those 
celebrating the election, and maybe that is a good thing!  ryfigge@aol.co,
