Dana, good to hear you are hunting for MDBs - Texas is generally a lot
drier than here, but surely you have more humidity and occasionally
hurricane driven deluges than California, so maybe the climate is a
little closer to the muggy southeast.

Have you tried FOREVER BLUE?
