OT: Murphy's Law

I can't beleive it. The season's been running two weeks late, we've had
hail, frosts and lots of wind, but today the weather was wonderful. It's
been warm the last few days and the irises are popping out all over the
place. I can home from work this afternoon, popped new film in the camera
and raced out to take photos, especialy in the seedling patch. The afternoon
was lovely and bright, just nicely overcast and not a breath of wind.
Absolutely perfect until I fell over and knocked the camera and it's not
working now!!!!! I'd go and buy the digital I want, except the new Fuji
S7000 I've decided on, won't be available here for about a month. Rats, hope
my old one won't take too long to fix. I'd also just put some expensive
slide film in so I would have some new slides for my talks.
Oh well that's life.
