AIS: list of speakers

A friend asked me if the AIS has a list of people willing 
to be speakers and their fees.  I don’t know if there is 
such a list, but it certainly would be helpful to Regions 
and local clubs if we had one.

Do any of you know if there is such a list, or who I might 
ask?
