CULT: MDB in bloom

As of today, TINGLE has 2 stalks that should be in bloom by the weekend.
This is the latest I have ever had anything "rebloom" for me. I just
planted this one in August and hadn't expected anything from anything
because of the severe drought. Does anyone know whether this is normal
for TINGLE? Considering the fact that it isn't truly "rebloom" maybe
it's just being strange.
