I hope I'm not misunderstanding what is being said here. If it means there
is a concern as to whether we can cite information from the Registrations
and Introductions, there shouldn't be any cause for worry. In publishing,
short passages or excerpts from copyrighted works may be quoted, as long as
proper attribution is made. (This actually works to the benefit of the
quoted source, which thereby is advertised.) In our own case, we can freely
cite information from the Checklists and the R&Is in our communications with
each other. On the other hand, I wouldn't feel comfortable with scanning a
page from an R&I or Checklist and transmitting it without express permission
from the publisher. -- Griff
