Griff, the problem may actually be with your ISP. There may be a routing
problem. I have had similar problems. My domain, Daylily.Net, is hosted in
Canada with Radiant Communications and many times I would not be able to
download mail, view my website, or have access to my server. Each time I
contacted Radiant they were able to verify that my web site and mail server
were operating perfectly. The problem was with my ISP, Earthlink. It seems
Earthlink was having problems with the incoming data from Canada. People
with different ISP's were able to view my site when I could not. Since I
have switched to RoadRunner, I no longer experience these problems. I am
suggesting that your ISP may be having difficulty with the incoming data
from Hort.Net. It seems to come and go, but eventually it catches up again.
