Many years ago AIS published a membership list that accompanied a bulletin
about once every three years. At some point it was decided that not every
member used the membership list and it would cut costs to print only as many as
members would be willing to buy. The last one I purchased was in 1994. I don't
know why that was discontinued. It might have been because of privacy issues.
These lists printed only names and addresses--no phone numbers or e-mail.
